1. Use of the Services

ClientCentrix provides software tools and related services to help businesses manage marketing, communications, and customer engagement. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to use the Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for the content you create, send, or manage using the platform, including compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Messaging & Communications Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to your use of the Services, including account notifications, support messages, and service-related communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

If you use ClientCentrix to send messages to your own customers, you are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent and complying with all applicable messaging laws, including TCPA and carrier requirements.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

5. Third-Party Services

ClientCentrix may integrate with third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms.

6. No Guarantees

ClientCentrix provides tools and technology only. We do not guarantee specific results, leads, revenue, or business outcomes from using the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientCentrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ClientCentrix in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated or if required to comply with law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
